“Wolfner Library is a free library service for Missourians who are unable to use standard print materials due to a visual or physical disability. Materials are mailed to and from library patrons at their homes, postage paid. There is no charge, whatsoever, to the patron. Currently, over 11,000 Missourians actively use Wolfner Library.”
We currently have MANY, MANY titles available in our Friends of the Library book sale located in our foyer. Great prices on some great reads: biographies, Young Adult fiction, children’s book bundles, war, and more! Come on over and take some home today!
There are also many books waiting to replenish our sale tables that are currently taking up much of our back workspace. Because of this, we are currently limiting donations to 1 bag or box per family per week. While we are happy to receive donations, we currently do not have the space to store them! We will let you know when our donation limit has returned to its normal 3-box rule. In the meantime, you may consider donating to area schools or Daniel Boone Regional Library in Columbia if you have multiple bags or boxes. Thank you!
We are very excited for our new technology to be installed! Please bear with us for a couple days as this happens. We will reopen on Tuesday, October 6.
Today is International Read an E-Book day!
Visit our E-Books page for more information on how to checkout and read an E-Book.
